Quoting:

    Some time in August 2012, Google unexpectedly pulled the plug on the
    iGoogle Weather API (it was allegedly "undocumented" at the time,
    though there was at least documentation when this module was written
    originally in 2008). Since there is appears to be no intention of
    reviving the service, this module is being deprecated.

I suggest to remove the package; it doesn't have any reverse
dependencies.
