This package FTBFS with perl 5.18 from experimental (in a clean
sbuild session):

syntax error at inc/Module/Install/XSUtil.pm line 244, near "$checklib qw(inc::Devel::CheckLib Devel::CheckLib)"
Global symbol "$loaded_lib" requires explicit package name at inc/Module/Install/XSUtil.pm line 252.

Module::Install needs to be upgraded (or perhaps, for the Debian package,
removed so that a non-bundled version can be used).
