This is a little weirder than I thought; I see the build
failures in my unstable sbuild chroot, and there have started to appear
a few failures on CPAN testers as well; but I am unable to reproduce
these on my normal (jessie) system, installing just
libvideo-fourcc-info-perl and libtest-nowarnings-perl and running
t/02compile.t, or installing all build dependencies and doing the whole
perl Build.PL / perl Build / perl Build test..
