This is #596257 resurrected. As of 7.040-1, libanyevent-perl is
Architecture:all again even though it contains architecture specific
constants like O_NONBLOCK. Fortunately wheezy is not affected, it has
7.010-1.
I tested on sparc, and rebuilding libanyevent-perl is enough to fix
this. Therefore reassigning. Perhaps the libanyevent-perl debian/rules
could use a sanity check to prevent this from happening again?
I'm attaching a diff of amd64 and sparc constants.pl for reference.
