Just depending on libmodule-corelist-perl would be a good first
start, I guess.
Besides that we'd need libmodule-build-perl >= 0.400000 since we're
adding trailing zeros in Debian :/
AFAIK both the perl package and lintian have some stuff to handle
perl dependencies, maybe we could steal ideas?
