While I agree that parallel builds are nice, I'm not sure we want to
manually [0] add --parallel to each of our ~2700 packages, I'd rather see
this changed in debhelper (and CDBS); which seems to be not so
trivial, since this is discussed on the BTS every now and then.

[0] Well, we could do a nice mass-change, if we want.

What do others think?
