Clarifying this part a bit (thanks, Ansgar!): libtest-more-perl as a
package does not exist, Test::More is included in perl-modules and
libtest-simple-perl, so your package should depend on one of those
instead of perl | libtest-more-perl. But even stable has 0.98 of
Test::More, so build-dep/depends on perl-modules (>= 5.14) should be
enough, in my opinion.
