My understanding of the full log is:

1. Many tests succeed despite the D-Bus warnings.
2. The two test files that fail expose the same Gtk-CRITICAL error
   about not being able to create a file in $HOME (and indeed, it
   doesn't exist).

So, I believe simply patching t/overrides.t and
t/zz-GtkRecentChooserDialog.t to set $HOME to a tmpdir should be
enough to fix that bug. Going to do this right now, and then I'll ask
David to try reproducing the bug with the updated package in his
environment, and if it works, then I'll ask upstream if they want to
take such a patch.
