I got a better fix from Philip Kime that completey removes Data::Dive
necessity. It will bein in 18.8 and I have already prepared
the necessary stuff for 1.7.

All is in the new biber.git in branch master1.7.

Danai: If you are fine with it I propose:
* I build the final package, sign and upload
* I rename the branches:
	master -> master1.6
	master1.7 -> master
* tag the release
