biblatex and biber and biber updates

It looks like I run into the following test problem:

Bummer.

I have to add a number of dependencies in d/control.  Some of them look
like B-Dep only.  I have added one, and will now push a few other commits.

And it complains about a missing Test::Pod::Coverage.
t/pod-coverage.t ...... skipped: Test::Pod::Coverage 1.08 required for
testing POD coverage

However, `libtest-pod-coverage-perl' is a virtual Debian package, so
git-pbuilder complains that it cannot install it.  The package description
mentions `libpod-coverage-perl' but that package does not contain the
Test::* modules.
