Are you sure? I only see -L/usr/local/lib and -I/usr/lib/perl/5.18/CORE
in the log.

Both of those come from the perl package, see 
  perl -MExtUtils::Embed -e ccopts -e ldopts

Please don't mass file bugs on all the lib*-perl packages based on this.
We can discuss it in one bug against the perl package if necessary.
