Bug#723849: libio-async-perl: New upstream version available fixes error hiding bug

Hi,

I noticed there is a new version (0.59) of libio-async-perl available.
Among other things it fixes RT#87051[1], which causes errors to become
silent returns rather than the "exceptions" (i.e. calls to die) they
should have been.
