Ah, maybe you mean:

Files: debian/*
Copyright: 2013, gregor herrmann <gregoa at debian.org>
License: Artistic or GPL-1+

If yes, would our usual
License: <superset of upstream and same-as-perl>, i.e
License: Artistic-2.0 or Artistic or GPL-1+
be fine?

If not, please --verbose :)
