The threads::shared thing should definitely go in, and I think the other
two could well go with that. 

The libdigest-sha-perl thing needs some careful checking with the Breaks
entries and indeed coordination with the separate package, but I think
it's clearly stable update material.

The perlbug fix should be very much self contained: if a test bug report
works I can't think how it could break anything else.
