TBH, I think this is a candidate for removal.

There was exactly one upload, since then we're updating it in
(svn/)git and can't upload because it has tons of new dependencies.

Currently debian/changelog say:

  WAITS-FOR: libtest-cpan-meta-json-perl
  WAITS-FOR: libtest-noplan-perl
  WAITS-FOR: libtest-pod-linkcheck-perl
  WAITS-FOR: libtest-pod-spelling-commonmistakes-perl
  WAITS-FOR: libtest-vars-perl
  WAITS-FOR: libtask-perl-critic-perl
             # ehm?

(No reverse (build) deps.)

Of course, someone can also package the missing things ...
