Backport of Server::Starter?

Hi,

[Alessandro: apologies for the double message, I figured it'd be
better to also ask the whole group]

I was wondering if I could trick somebody into providing a backport of
Server::Starter (and the corresponding backport of Proc::Wait3).

Starman and the other plack-related modules and tools are already
available in wheezy, Server::Starter being the missing piece.
