Good news: 2.08 built on all architectures:

Please note that Decoder 2.06 was installed, and therefore the
respective tests skipped.

Not sure if we can just close the bug with 2.08-1 or if we just lower
the severity now until we're sure that the success is not caused by
the skipped tests.

(Hm, maybe we should make the build-dep on -decoder- versioned ...)
