let's drop libcatalyst-modules-perl

Let's drop libcatalyst-modules-perl from testing and unstable.

Last package needing libcatalyst-modules-perl was
libcatalyst-authentication-credential-http-perl which is now fixed and
the fix accepted into testing.

(ciderwebmail still declare a fallback dependency on
libcatalyst-modules-perl for backport-friendliness - which is actually
my main reason to suggest we drop it: To not artificially keep it on
upgrades of systems with ciderwebmail installed).

Any reason not to drop libcatalyst-modules-perl?
