1.08-1 is ready in git, waiting for #735076 to be resolved.

soap-lite started to split out formerly included modules, sorry that
it takes a bit to sort this all out. And having a new package
uninstallable temporarily seems better than breaking existing ones.

BTW: libxml-parser-lite-perl has the same issue.
