I think the problem is indeed with hash randomization, and it is not 
a real problem.

The text found is

 DATE   1       INSERT INTO foo ( id, name, value) VALUE S ('1', 'test1', 'value1')

while the expected text is

 DATE   1       INSERT INTO foo ( value, name, id) VALUE S ('value1', 'test1', '1')

Both SQL statements are equivalent and differ only in the order of the 
fields/values.
