This page doesn't exists. What _does_ exist is
http://search.cpan.org/~juerd/Net-Subnet-1.03/ and
https://metacpan.org/release/Net-Subnet

Note the Subnet_s_ vs. Subnet.

Net::Subnet_s_ seems to be inexistant on both search.cpan.org and
metacpan.org.
We'll have to check if Net::Subnet is the same or a successor or
whatever.

(I'm a bit skeptical:
d/copyright and d/changelog in

have a different copyright holder and older versions,
