Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation?
Attempting to use the perl package on a new server. Installed from apt rather than cpan.
   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
removed wheezy version of the package and installed from cpan.
   * What was the outcome of this action?
Fixed the issue where the wheezy version is out of date.
   * What outcome did you expect instead?
