I wonder how should we fix this.

On one hand, network reaching tests are "no-no".

On the other, thanks to this test we know there is a problem fetching 
google videos.

I have a patch disabling the test if NO_NETWORK is found in the 
environment. The downside is that it would paper over the google 
videos problem.

What do others think?
