Commit message:

    Update Flickr API URLs in lib/Flickr/API.pm.
    
    Flickr changed their API URLs from http://www.flickr.com to
    https://api.flickr.com. Backport this change in lib/Flickr/API.pm and
    test.pl from upstream releases 1.05 (www -> api) and 1.09 (http -> https).
