Bug#750240: libapache2-mod-perl2: FTBFS with perl 5.20

I tried to find the reason and failed. Documenting what I did in the
hope that it helps in the future.

That's failing the third subtest of t/directive/perlloadmodule2.t.
Adding some debugging statements leads to:

Unfortunately the error log contains only:

which is not very enlightening.
