So, it looks like Scalar::Does (in libscalar-does-perl) needs
Exporter::TypeTiny, which _was_ in libtype-tiny-perl but is gone
since 0.042 there. (Or 0.039_01, according to the upstream changlog.)
And then we have

And Scalar::Does says:
