Bug#748501: Please recognise the “<licence> with <keywords> exception” syntax

Note that you can work around this issue using a short name like 
"LGPL-2.1_with_Diaga-LGPL-1.1_exception" which is admitedly ugly 
but should work until this bug is fixed.
