Hi

librdf-acl-perl has a Build-Depends on libmodule-signature-perl (>=
0.66). But Module::Signature and cpansign -v is only mentioned in the
SIGNATURE file in the explanation how to verify the distribution.

cpansign and Module::Signature are not used during the build itself.
