The libtest-tester-perl and libtest-use-ok-perl packages were recently
merged into libtest-simple-perl, which now Provides them. Please remove
the old packages from sid.

dak rm doesn't seem to understand virtual packages, but I've
checked the list of supposedly broken build and runtime dependencies,
and they should stay satisfiable by libtest-simple-perl AFAICS.
