This dual-lived package is broken by perl 5.22 in experimental, which
provides a newer version.

A newer release (with functional changes) is available on CPAN, so that
could close this bug report if packaged.

This bug will become RC nearer the time of the perl 5.22 transition to
unstable at which point the package will be removed from testing.
