There's POD documentation in both lib/Net/Twitter/Lite.pod
and lib/Net/Twitter/Lite.pm, and Module::Build will randomly
pick one of them, making the build unreproducible. See

Even without the reproducibility issues, this certainly isn't optimal.

It looks like the POD in lib/Net/Twitter/Lite.pm is just a stub and
should be removed.
