Bug#788650: libur-perl: two competing versions of POD for UR::Object::Type

Package: libur-perl
Version: 0.430-2
User: reproducible-builds at lists.alioth.debian.org
Usertags: randomness

There's POD documentation in both lib/UR/Object/Type.pm
and lib/UR/Object/Type.pod, and Module::Build will randomly
pick one of them, making the build unreproducible. See

 https://reproducible.debian.net/issues/unstable/random_order_in_manifying_with_module_build_issue.html

 https://reproducible.debian.net/rb-pkg/unstable/amd64/libur-perl.html

Even without the reproducibility issues, this duplication certainly
isn't optimal.

It's not clear to me which version of the POD is better, they seem to
have diverged for a while.
