Right. Unfortunately with incompatible changes and split-out
sub-modules and new requirements, so this would be some more work :/

On the bright side: no rdeps.

And:

From the upstream changelog (0.71):

+        - Remove module SHARYANTO::Scalar::Util (unused, and looks_like_number()
+          probably won't expose the constants anymore).
