No, that is not what I meant to do.
The behavior of devscripts has changed. I have doubts about the correctness
of that change. It is appropriate to ask whether the current devscripts
behavior is correct, before trying to adapt other packages to that behavior,
lest those other packages get *another* serious bug filed later when the
behavior changes again.
