squeeze update of libhtml-scrubber-perl?

In fact, since it was rather easy, I did the work for squeeze already.
I have pushed a squeeze branch with what I just uploaded (still waiting the
ACCEPTED mail).

The patch did not apply cleanly but the backport was easy.
