This package fails to build on current sid/amd64.

Looking at https://reproducible.debian.net/history/libdbix-class-perl.html
the regression happened between 2015-10-20 and 2015-11-01.

[rt.cpan.org #107852] indicates this broke with SQLite 3.9.0 or so,
and should be fixed by https://github.com/dbsrgits/dbix-class/commit/26c663f1
