As you can see on
https://ci.debian.net/packages/libm/libmail-gnupg-perl/unstable/amd64/
the test suite for libmail-gnupg-perl is timing out on ci.debian.net.

I am blacklisting the package on ci.debian.net for now, and will
reconsider that when this bug is fixed.
