libdbi-perl , libdbd-mysql-perl need perlapi-5.18.1 not >=5.18.1 ?

Hello,

can't install mysql-client on my Linux Mint Debian Ed. 2 Betsy (Jessie)
because it depends on libdbi-perl and libdbd-mysql-perl
which both depend on EXACTLY perlapi-5.18.1  not >= perlapi-5.18.1
while I have perlapi-5.20.2 …

Is that »exactly« correct or a typo?
