Bug#806458: libgd-perl: Missing Replaces on old provided packages?

Hi!

I see that in an earlier version there was a fix to add the missing
Breaks, but that had the effect of replacing the Replaces with the
Breaks, not just adding them. Was there any reason for that?

Otherwise I think the Replaces on libgd-gd2-noxpm-perl and
libgd-gd2-perl need to be reinstated?
