Hello Niko,

I checked the build log at that URL and I did not actually see a test
failure in there, however there are many test failures on CPAN testers
including on Debian stable as can be seen here:

http://www.cpantesters.org/cpan/report/98dd4f64-5e2c-11e5-8fcd-c964e0bfc7aa

I believe I know what the cause of the failure in that case: the
$LANGUAGE environment variable which GNU gettext uses but the test data
generation script did not know about.

That problem should now be fixed in version 1.07:

https://github.com/vandry/Perl-Locale-gettext
https://metacpan.org/pod/release/PVANDRY/Locale-gettext-1.07/gettext.pm

That version also obsoletes both patches that the Debian module is
currently carrying, so I recommend upgrading the Debian package to
upstream 1.07 to fix this problem.
