Bug#819701: dh-make-perl: Debian::Control does not support the Build-Using: control file field

Dear maintainer,

Debian::Control cannot read a control file containing the Built-Using:
field.  It produces this error:

    Invalid field given (Built_Using) at /usr/share/perl5/Debian/Control.pm line 126.
