Dear Maintainer,

RDF::LDF has been released with version 0.19. 

RDF::LDF tracks an evolving W3C specification, and they recently made
a change that breaks all existing software. RDF::LDF 0.19 fixes this
to make us uptodate with the spec. 

My main motivation for pestering you about this is that Ubuntu
releases an LTS soon, and I would want to try to argue to them that it
is a good idea to allow an update for this package so that Ubuntu
ships with a non-compliant client, but that is much easier if they can
just sync from Debian. :-)
