Ouch. I cannot deny I obviously did not check that one. So lowering
severity.

Perhaps rephrase the last sentence to
| To install the Instant Client, download the RPM package
| * "Instant Client for Linux x86-64" for amd64, or
| * "Instant Client for Linux x86" for i386
| from <http://www.oracle.com/technology/software/tech/oci/instantclient/index.html>
| and install it using the "alien" program.
This however assumes the labels are somewhat stable.
Personally, I'd also add the alien package to Suggests: or even
Recommends:, add two sentences:
| An "Oracle Account" is required to download these packages.
| Other architectures are not supported.
But that's your choice.
