Hi,

Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0], I noticed
that eekboek could not be built reproducibly

>From pod2man(1):

  --name  without this option […] a path like ".../lib/Pod/Man.pm" is
          converted into a name like "Pod::Man".
