I'm not raising the severity for this bug because I fully trust you
and Niko to handle as it deserves (be it fixing the failing test, or
disabling it if it's clear that it's not well designed), and also
because we are not 100% sure about the reason for the failures.
I've put 1010 build logs (both successful and failed) here
for everybody to see:

There are 601 successful builds and 409 failed ones (so a simple
statistic says that it fails more than 40% of the time).
But as Niko pointed out from the beginning, this is not the "typical"
randomness, because the failures always happen on the same machines,
the "fast" ones in this case, which is very suspicious.
[ If that proved to be the reason for the failures (building in a
machine which is both single-CPU and fast), the serious severity would
IMO be well justified, as we should never assume that autobuilders are
slow or assume that they have more than one CPU ].
