Bug#815186: libfile-mimeinfo-perl: mimeopen should ship a *.desktop file

Dear Maintainers!

/usr/bin/mimeopen, working fabulously for downloaded files of
application/octet-stream mime type, should include a
/usr/share/applications/mimeopen.desktop file like the following:

    [Desktop Entry]
    Type=Application
    Version=1.0
    Name=mimeopen
    GenericName=Open with default application
    Comment=Mime-type and file extension-aware file opener
    Exec=mimeopen -n %F
    Icon=system-run
    Terminal=false
    MimeType=application/octet-stream

This will allow e.g. Iceweasel to exploit mimeopen's stated ability to open
application/octet-stream files (which browsers often receive when
appropriate response headers are not sent) and the latter will open
the file with preferred application without problem.

Since one can't really sensibly associate application/octet-stream with
any single application, the attached file most elegantly solves the issue
of Iceweasel proposing to open, for one ffs example, downloaded PDF
files in VLC or tar.gz archives in audacious!
