Interesting. I can reproduce this on harris.debian.org and
liblasso-perl 2.5.0-1+b1 with just 'perl -e "use Lasso"'.

No, it certainly was already rebuilt, with a binNMU scheduled by the
release team. See

So I doubt your no-change 2.5.0-2 rebuild is going to help. If it did,
there would be a severe problem with the package dependencies.
This is apparently specific to armhf, but it can't be a wider
problem as it would make most packages fail their test suites.
I think it must be something with the compiler/linker flags Lasso.so gets
built with, but the automake terseness gets in the way by stripping that
from the logs. I'm looking into it, but harris is really slow atm so it
will take a while.
