Bug#809793: One of the uploader addresses no longer work

When trying to email Richard Holland, I get a bounce from the mail
system stating that the address no longer work.  I suspect it should be
removed from the control file.

Note, this was discovered this summer and reported as
<URL: https://bugs.debian.org/793959 > for another of the three packages
he maintain in Debian.
