This is #781369 (and #738481) in libdebian-copyright-perl.
(Or maybe they should be unmerged again into "Include Files-Excluded
as known header field" (urgent) and "Allow arbitrary fields as per
Copyright-Format 1.0" (needs more thinking). But the bug is there in
any case.)
