Bug#823246: mpd-dynamic: requires ratings.db since 2.002

Package: libaudio-mpd-perl
Version: 2.002-2
Severity: normal
Tags: upstream

Since mpd-dynamic was refactored in 2.002, if you do not have a ratings
database, it will never add a song to the playlist. This is because it
now rejects all tracks not mentioned in the ratings database.
